Gas prices hit 20th straight record high

i had it .....heard enough seen enough ......tired of record profits for oil companies.... term limits needed and vote every single republican out of office!

dude, first off..... prices dropped to 128 today.....the dollar rose...should be a good day.

Second, oil companies are not benefiting because of the high profits, that is a wrong assumption that much of America/world has. The reason they have high profits is because world demand is up, not because the price is high. Want to know why the price is high, because world demand is up and the dollar has lost a lot of value from where people assumed it should be.

want to make prices go up even more, start upping the costs for the oil companies to do business. What would demand be like if everyone paid a flat rate of 2.00$, you think we could sustain that demand....put it on an even smaller scale, would you consume more or less then you are now? People want to bitch and complain about how much prices are going up, well we are the problem.

its a catch 22 situation .....the endless war does not help and neither does 500 billion spent plus all defecits... dollar goes down oil goes up ...gas goes up....its crazy ......anyone see the show cnn out of gas ,,,,,watch it!

if they suggest in there that we are running out of oil then it is way off base. The sensationalism about oil prices right now is amazing. I finally smiled a little today as I was watching CNNBC and they had a part on how to invest with falling oil prices. far cry from the 200$ barrel.

last thursday price per barrel was over 135, today it is just over 128.
